Performance Analysis of AES 128 and Twine in Zigbee WSN based Smart Homes
Implementation Plan:
—————————
Step 1: Initially, we constructed a WSN MANET Network with 5 –> Mobile Nodes ,25 –> IOT Devices, 2 –> Gateway, 1 –> Base Station and 1 –> Server.
Step 2: Then, we implement AES-128 and TWINE encryption algorithms for securing communication between IOT Devices.
Step 3: Next, we distribute and update encryption keys efficiently using a secure key management mechanism.
Step 4: Next, we mitigate attacks like Eavesdropping and MITM Attacks between network communication.
Step 5: Next, we optimize encryption performance using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique.
Step 6: Finally, we plot performance for the following metrics:
6.1: Number of IOT Devices vs Throughput (Mbps)
6.2: Number of IOT Devices vs Latency (ms)
6.3: Number of IOT Devices vs Energy Consumption (J)
6.4: Number of IOT Devices vs Packet Delivery Ratio (%)
Software Requirement:
—————————
1. Development Tool: OMNET++ 5.6.2
2. Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit)
