Step 2: we construct the mobility, road area, and map based on the SUMO.
Step 3: Next identify key performance indicators (KPIs) metrics such as reliability, low latency, and scalability. Dynamically allocate network resources to ensure low latency and high reliability for safety services with 5QI to QoS features.
Step 4: Next, We choose the appropriate communication technologies for V2V communication by using Cellular-V2X (C-V2X), or a hybrid approach.
