Download Mininet
Initially, you have to download the Mininet from the following web url,
Once the Mininet is downloaded, then paste into the Ubuntu home drive location and then unzip the downloaded package mininet-master.zip to install Mininet .
Install Mininet
After unzipped the downloaded package, then change the Mininet package location by using the following command to install Mininet in Ubuntu.
cd mininet/util
