To download the virtualbox tool we use the following url and get the full virtualbox-6.1.22 package.

To download the Contiki-3.0 tool , use the following url and get the full instant Contiki-3.0 package. If you need other version , then we need to click the version number and get the required package

After download the package , Unzip the package file and also Rename the file to Contiki.
For start the instant contiki, start the Ubuntu , by using the login process, during the login process , we will use the default user name = user and also Password =user .
To start the Cooja , Boot Ubuntu in the VMWare Player based on the login process.
Next, Open terminal window and Go to cooja stored location by using the command cd contiki/tools/cooja .
After change the location in the terminal, execute the command ant run. And then get the simulation window
