Now download ubuntu from the following link, by use this link , we can download the ubuntu-20.04 version

Open ‘new’ button on the top left corner of the VM Virtual Box window
Click on the ‘new’ button on the top left corner of the VM Virtual Box window and perform the process of name the operating system and select the linux operating system and ubuntu as os version
Click on the Next select the Memory Size from the list
Click on the Next create a Virtual Hard Drive to be use
Click on the Next Select Hardware File Type
Now Create your Virtual Hard Drive name by clicking on the screen
Click on the Choose to File Location and Size
Now Create your virtual machine by clicking on the create button
Now Install Ubuntu to the virtual machine by loading the ‘ubuntu-20.04-desktop.amd64.iso’ file to the virtual machine(which you have downloaded earlier or you can download it from the link given below www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop )
On the press button, Now click on the start button
