How to Import Package in Omnet++

1. Download the omnet++ package

   Download the omnet++ package from the following url,
   https://omnetpp.org/download/old.html

2. Open the terminal/ mingwenv window

   Open the mingwenv window. By double click mingwenv window from the omnet++ installed location.

3. Execute the command

   In the mingwenv command window , execute the commands,
   . setenv
   ./configure
   make
   omnetpp

4. Select the workspace

   Select the stored workspace , with full location, for select the storage location using the browse button or type the full location

5. Import Castalia

   Import the Castalia source package from the stored workspace location
   For perform the process, goto file menu , then select the import option

6. Workspace option

   Select the existing projects into workspace option

7. Castalia location

   Select/browse the Castalia location from the workspace

8. Workspace in Castalia location

   Select to the browse the Castalia location from the workspace

9. Castalia package

   Next right click on the Castalia package and select the clean local option

10. Castalia package and clean project option

    Next right click on the Castalia package and select the clean project option

11. Build project option

    Next right click on the Castalia package and select the build project option

12. Build Package project option

    Next right click on the Castalia package and select the build project option

13. OMNeT++ simulation option

    Next right click on the Castalia package and select the Run As OMNeT++ simulation option
