Download the omnet++ package from the following url, in the site there multiple verion of the omnet++ is listed. Select your needed version of omnet++, here we select the eversion omnet++ 4.6 , after that click the download button , which is displayed in the below of selected version

Open the mingwenv window. By double click mingwenv window from the omnet++ installed location.
In the mingwenv command window ,
Execute the command -> . setenv
After enter the command, press the enter button to continue the installation process
Execute the command -> ./configure
After enter the command, press the enter button to continue the installation process
Execute the command -> make
After enter the command, press the enter button to continue the installation process
Execute the command -> omnetpp
After enter the command, press the enter button to continue the installation process
Goto the omnet++ installed location in the local disk
To uninstall the omnet++ package , the omnet++ is one of the portable simulation tool , so we need to Select the omnetpp-4.6, and perform the right click and select the delete option to perform the process of uninstall the omnet++ tool in the windows OS System.
